ENHANCED PROTOCOLS
For the security of our guests and staff, the Manoir Sherbrooke has implemented a new safety covid-19 protocol in our establishment. Some of these procedures and initiatives are listed below:
Front Desk and Lobby:
– Implementation of social distancing measures throughout hotel
– streamlined and fast check in and check-out process to minimize guest contact
– Sanitization station in lobby
– Increased cleaning and disinfection frequency of all hotel areas, paying special attention to high touch items
– Installation of a screen at the front desk between guest and receptionist
– Ensure room keys are disinfected and presented safely upon check-in
Guestroom and Housekeeping
– Wash all linen a high temperatures for optimal disinfection
– Hand sanitizers, masks and gloves available to guests upon request
– Modified housekeeping offerings for stay-over guests including the elimination of a full cleaning service unless specifically requested by the client.
– Enhanced and deep cleaning protocol with disinfecting products between room rental
